Fantastic owner, friendly and helpful. Great location, close to Piazza Bra and Arena. Acceptably quiet. Pleasant environment and wonderful room. Separate bathroom just opposite the room.

We hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad in dit goed onderhouden hotel. Het eten was lekker en er was veel variatie, hoewel de warme gerechten niet echt warm waren, maar dat was jammer. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De tuinen waren netjes en goed onderhouden, en er waren veel attracties zoals zwembaden, tennisbaan en volleybalveld. De kamer was groot en hoewel een beetje verouderd, was het nog steeds comfortabel. We hebben genoten van de live muziek aan het zwembad. Het enige minpuntje was de verouderde wc bij de bar. Kortom, een perfect vakantiehotel!
